Seamless Transitions is a free, interactive parent-child program for children who are entering Junior Kindergarten in September 2025. This is a six-week program that focuses on nurturing the four foundations of learning; belonging, well-being, expression and engagement. CAPC Educators will support children and their families by providing activities, resources and tips on how to support a child’s transition to school.
